Apparently, this area of the city has been renewed fairly recently with the reuse of the buildings as pubs and artistic spaces. There is also a path that runs along the river with historical facts and items that note the significance of the river and its industrial past.

It was charming and lovely. I think that the path was sheltered from the noise of the surrounding traffic, which made it peaceful.
